Extensive structural repairs to masonry and roof carpentry, as well as consolidation and repairs to ancient plaster and other fabric of this grade I listed late medieval lodging range were overseen by ATA enabling the building to be removed from Historic England’s Heritage at Risk Register.  The works were carried out as part of a wider scheme developed by ATA to ensure sustainable, long term use of all the buildings at Brook Hall.
