ATA oversaw repairs and remedial works to this 17th/early 18th century grade II* listed former market building. The works included render and timber repairs; patch repairs to the stone slate roof; internal and external re-decoration and re-decoration of the war memorial. 

The project was shortlisted for the national Best Loved Award administered by The Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings.
